2: Biz Dev Audit 

(Optional)

A deep dive into every aspect of your business development. Working with your team over the course of 1-3 months (on a case by case basis) we will craft a report covering Product, Positioning, Competitors, Operations, Sales and Marketing. We will surface opportunities and inefficiencies, and advise on strategies and solutions to optimise and mitigate accordingly. 

3: Strategy Execution

You are welcome to take the report findings away and incorporate them into your business; or you have the option of engaging 73Barrios to execute the proposed strategy. 

We'll define goals and KPIs and work to achieve them on your behalf, either on a rolling contract or fractional team member basis, tailored to your budget and requirement.
